PROCEDURE
The Treaty establishing
the European Economic Community and its Annexes and the Treaty establishing
the European Atomic Energy Community were ratified by the French
Parliament on 02.08.1957. The Treaties were approved by 342 votes
to 239, despite the opposition of principle of some Gaullists,
Communists and Poujadists.
