Holocaust Remembrance Alliance
The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, formerly the Task Force for International Cooperation on Holocaust Education, Remembrance and Research was started in 1998 by former Swedish Prime Minister Göran Persson. It is an intergovernmental body whose purpose is to place political and social leaders’ support behind the need for Holocaust education, remembrance and research both nationally and internationally. More information can be found on the Alliance’s website: http://www.holocaustremembrance.com/
Most EU states are members of the Alliance, as shown in the map. Details on the membership will be shown by clicking on each country.
