(The Pino del Oro Mining Zone)
This School is based on the accumulated experience of research carried out by the Social Structure and Territory-Landscape Archaeology research group in the area. Attention will also be paid to the valorization as cultural heritage and its relation with local development.
An integral and specialized vision will be offered of fieldwork, presenting different methods and instrumental techniques. The role of non-destructive techniques and experimental archaeology will be particularly important. Fieldwork will be the basis of the School, but theoretical sessions will also take place, as well as practice sessions regarding the treatment and documentation of the archaeological record.
