Laserlab Europe is a consortium created in 2004 with the goal of making Europe the leading continent in research with lasers. Currently consists of 28 laboratories of excellence located in 16 countries of the European Union.

ArcLand is the EC funded project ArchaeoLandscapes Europe, which explores how aerial imagery and remote sensing is being used by archaeologists to understand our past.

The video produced under the scientific supervision of the CSD-TCP team regarding the Pino del Oro Mining Zone is available on-line. It is being projected in the travelling exhibit titled "Arqueología en la Provincia de Zamora".

The newsletter belongs to the Thematic Network on Cultural Heritage and Network on Science and Technology for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage of CSIC.

A few months ago the last of the documents of the National Heritage Science Strategy of the United Kingdom was published. This initative, recommended by the House of Lords, is an effort to develop a bottom-up strategy to articulate the field of heritage science.
