The ISPRS (International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing) is a strong structure based on commissions and working groups. Working group 2 of commission V is in charge of cultural heritage data acquisition and processing.

Between 17th-19th August the historic city of York will host the ISPRS working group V/2 conference. This conference aims to bring together working group members, researchers, developers and practitioners to discuss research, technological developments and projects relating to the cultural heritage application of survey and other close range image measurement techniques.
